Hotel Sales Coordinator

Duties

  • Lead outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within designated territories, including B2B (business-to-business) partnerships and corporate accounts
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, foster loyalty, and upsell additional services or amenities
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and increase brand awareness in the local market
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the hotel’s features and benefits
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making
  • Engage in cold calling and direct sales outreach to generate new leads and expand the hotel’s customer base
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure bookings while maximizing revenue potential
  • Coordinate territory management activities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Collaborate with management on sales targets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a hospitality or related industry preferred
  • Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and territory management strategies
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, networking, or digital marketing channels
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Experience conducting product demos or presentations that engage prospective clients effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
