Hotel Sales Coordinator

Overview:

The Hotel Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating group bookings, and assisting with client communications. This role is key to keeping sales operations organized, responsive, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities:

· Support the Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks

· Prepare contracts, proposals, and group resumes

· Coordinate group room blocks and meeting space with Reservations and Operations

· Respond to sales inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner

· Maintain accurate records in the CRM and sales tracking systems

· Assist with site inspections, client visits, and sales events

· Distribute weekly/monthly sales reports

· Ensure smooth communication between Sales, Front Desk, Catering, and Accounting

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality, marketing, or business preferred

· Previous hotel (Marriott Brand), hospitality, or administrative experience strongly preferred

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); hotel PMS/CRM experience a plus

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
