Hotel Sales Coordinator

The Comfort Suites Golden West Hotel has an opening for a full-time Sales Coordinator to work directly in Group Sales.

Responsible for booking and managing group sales. The Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years recent hotel experience as front desk agent or hotel sales.

- Must be highly organized, great attention to detail and accuracy

- Must be dependable

- Responsible for Leisure group sales

- Represent hotel in various events and exhibitions

- Provide quick and timely responses, prompt, accurate and professional communication to clients

- Provide the highest quality of service experience to the customer at all times

- Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure rate negotiations are within the hotel's

policy scope and meet the financial needs of the hotel

- Develop strong relationships with front office team, working in unity to achieve the same goals.

- Must be proficient in social marketing.

Above average starting salary: $23 to $26 per hour depending on level of experience.

Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
