As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and energetic Hotel Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional eager to grow their career in a fast-paced and rewarding sales environment.

Job Purpose

The Hotel Sales Executive will support the Sales Department in generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and maximizing revenue opportunities across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments. The role focuses on proactive sales calls, client servicing, and assisting the Sales Manager in achieving departmental targets and overall hotel goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source new business through sales calls, networking, and online platforms.
  • Support the Sales Manager and Director of Sales in implementing sales strategies and achieving revenue goals.
  • Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals to convert leads into confirmed business.
  • Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and event organizers.
  • Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase hotel facilities and services.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients and sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Reservations, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
  • Prepare regular activity reports and updates for the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of hotel sales experience in the UAE (preferably in 4-star or 5-star properties).
  • Solid understanding of the Dubai hospitality and corporate travel market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems .
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and guest relations.
