About the Role

As a Hotel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, relationship building, and strategic market outreach. You’ll play a key role in positioning our hotel as the top choice for corporate travelers, group bookings, and special events in the Mall of America and Minneapolis Airport market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outside sales calls
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel planners, and event organizers
• Negotiate contracts and manage group room blocks and event bookings
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Bloomington / Minneapolis market is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Familiarity with Marriott systems and brand standards preferred
• Knowledge of Lightspeed PMS

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
