Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue through proactive sales efforts, developing strategic relationships, and securing new business across all market segments including corporate, group, leisure, and events. This role plays a critical part in maximizing occupancy and profitability while maintaining the brand’s service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.

Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations to close group and individual business deals.

Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators.

Respond promptly to inquiries for group and event bookings, preparing proposals and contracts as needed.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and account status using CRM systems.

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to leadership.

Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of services.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for grow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
