House Cleaner

Job Description:

Serenity Cleaning by Reagan LLC is a growing cleaning company specializing in Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers throughout the Hill Country (Canyon Lake, Wimberley, San Marcos, New Braunfels).

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner who can consistently deliver high-quality, hotel-level cleans and is interested in steady work and long-term growth as we continue to expand.

This is not basic house cleaning—our clients expect attention to detail, consistency, and strong communication.

Pay:

$20–$30 per hour
(Pay is based on speed, quality, and consistency)

Responsibilities:

• Perform Airbnb/short-term rental turnover cleans
• Reset properties to a guest-ready, hotel-level standard
• Follow checklists and meet cleaning deadlines between guest stays
• Communicate clearly regarding scheduling and any issues at properties

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation (required)
• Must have your own cleaning supplies
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Weekend availability (Sundays required)
• Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning experience preferred
