House Cleaner with Experience needed....

Lenore and I have perfected a Two Hour Maintenance Clean where two women go to a home at: 9:30 to 11:30 and then another home from: 11:45 to: 1:45. We presently clean 8 to 10 homes a day. We are looking for a few more people to help us grow further. We pay daily through Venmo at 6pm to 7pm. Starting pay is 17 per hour and with the deductions allowed by the IRS most are able to not have any tax liability. We are looking for those that have some experience cleaning. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Execute floor care procedures including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to keep all flooring pristine.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage supplies inventory, restocking cleaning products and equipment as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance.
• Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining fabric quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards applicable to both residential and commercial environments.
• Experience with hotel housekeeping management or custodial work is a plus.
