House Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced, polished, and professional Female House Manager to oversee the full operations of a luxury private residence. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in high-end household management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to maintain five-star standards across all aspects of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the residenceLead, train, and supervise all household staff (housekeeping, maintenance, gardeners, pool staff, drivers, etc.)
• Ensure impeccable cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the property at all times
• Develop and implement household procedures, standards, and schedules
• Coordinate and manage maintenance, repairs, and external contractors
• Maintain inventory, procurement, and budgeting of household supplies
• Oversee laundry, wardrobe management, and fine care of luxury items
• Ensure high-level service standards for residents and guests
• Handle event preparation and guest hospitality when required
• Maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience managing a luxury villa, private estate, or royal/VIP household
• Strong background in housekeeping operations, including knowledge of luxury materials, fabrics, and specialist cleaning techniques
• Proven experience managing multinational household teams in a high-pressure environment
• Demonstrated ability to implement systems, SOPs, and service standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
• Experience working with VIP/VVIP or high-profile families is essentialProfessional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours when required

Salary & Benefits

• AED 10,000 – AED 12,000/month (depending on experience)
• Visa and medical insurance provided
• Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per day
