About Our Family

We are a warm, down-to-earth, entrepreneurial family with three young children (8 months, 3, and 4 years old), entering a new season as our older children transition into preschool. Our home is centered around connection, health, humor, and being present with one another. We value creating a life that feels intentional, supportive, and positive.

Mom is a stay-at-home parent who is deeply engaged in the daily rhythm of both the children and the home. As our family has grown, so have the demands of managing a full household, and we are now seeking more dedicated support behind the scenes. This role reflects a shift toward true home management—someone who can take thoughtful ownership of the many moving parts that keep a home running smoothly.

Our schedules are dynamic with work, travel, and family life, and we are intentionally creating more space and breathing room in our home. Our goal is to move away from constant task management and into more quality time—with our children, each other, and for our own well-being.

We value a home that feels calm, organized, and thoughtfully maintained. We are seeking someone who can reduce the mental load of day-to-day responsibilities, bring consistency to home systems, and support the overall flow of our home with care and intention. This role is both collaborative and independent—someone who can work alongside Mom when needed, while confidently taking ownership and moving the home forward. Above all, we are looking for someone who genuinely cares.

Who You Are

You are an experienced, thoughtful House Manager who takes pride in creating order, efficiency, and calm within a home. You naturally see what needs to be done, take initiative without waiting for direction, and follow through with consistency and care.

You bring a warm, grounded, and emotionally intelligent presence. You understand the nuance of working in a private home—how to read the room, respect boundaries, and show up with both professionalism and genuine care. You are collaborative by nature, yet fully capable of operating independently and taking ownership of your role.

You are highly organized and systems-minded, able to create and maintain routines that support a well-functioning home—especially in areas like laundry, meal prep, and overall household flow. At the same time, you are flexible and adaptable, able to pivot as family needs shift and priorities evolve.

You are experienced with young children and bring a calm, steady presence to busy moments and big emotions. You create structure that supports the family without being overly rigid, allowing for flow and real life.

You genuinely enjoy this work and are seeking a long-term role where you can build trust, grow with a family, and become a consistent, reliable presence in their home.
