Compensation: $33–$38+/hour based on experience

Proposed Schedule:
Approximately 30–40 hours per week, primarily weekdays;
- Experience: Proven experience in household management, family assistance, or childcare.
- Skills: Highly-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Strong time-management skills.
Requirements:
- Can maintain a smoke-free environment
- Has reliable transportation to the workplace; comfortable driving large family car provided
- Up-to-date general vaccinations
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities with ease
- Previous experience with childcare, including managing routines, school pick-ups, and overall care is a plus

- Conduct seasonal swaps (clothing, décor, etc.)
- Prepare for family events, holidays, and guest stays
- Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs and pick-ups
- Support packing/unpacking for travel or seasonal transitions for family
- Supervise or coordinate with service providers/vendors (e.g., handymen, cleaners, landscapers)
- Load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high traffic areas
- Assist with daily school drop-offs and pickups, manage extracurricular activities (to/from)
- Provide assistance with homework and nightly routines
- Prep backpacks, clothing and snacks for school
- Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, household supplies
- Create and manage running household supply lists
- Run errands: grocery shopping, returns, dry cleaning, gift shopping
- Handle package deliveries / pickup, mail sorting, and returns
- Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks for the family, including breakfast and dinners 2–3 times per week.
- Shop for groceries and meal-related items
- Clean kitchen post-prep and manage kitchen tidiness
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize family laundry (e.g., clothing, bedding, towels)
- Manage linens: rotate bedding, refresh towels, restock essentials
- Keep laundry areas tidy and well-stocked with supplies
- Handle special care for delicates
- Schedule and oversee maintenance, oil changes, and inspections
- Ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and organized
- Schedule and supervise service providers (cleaners, contractors, landscapers)
- Research and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and quotes
- Oversee outdoor spaces and seasonal maintenance needs; patio maintenance
- Serve as primary contact for vendors
- Tackle occasional deep cleaning tasks (fridge/freezer, oven, baseboards)
- Maintain and refresh daily drop zones (entryways, mudroom, garage)
- Help with family transitions (e.g., moves)
- Manage seasonal property maintenance
- Assist with family travel logistics and scheduling
- Collaborate on managing family calendars and reminders, ensuring that key events, appointments, and activities are tracked and communicated effectively
- Assist with coordination of events (e.g., dinner or birthday parties), appointments and guest preparation
