About Our Family
We are a driven, engaged family who values excellence in our work and deep presence at home. Both parents are high-level professionals, one in healthcare and one in sales, with full, demanding careers that occasionally require travel. While we are ambitious in our livelihoods, being present and intentional parents remains our core priority.
Our two children are actively involved in sports and enrichment activities, and we encourage them to explore their interests fully while building independence with strong communication and guidance.
Health, wellness, and an orderly home environment matter to us. We prioritize nourishing meals, fitness, self-care, and a home that feels calm, beautiful, and thoughtfully run. A well-managed household allows us to focus on family connection and meaningful time together.
For many years, Mom has carried much of the invisible load of managing the home. We are now ready to invest in experienced, high-level support so our household operates with greater ease, structure, and flow.
We have previously worked with exceptional household professionals and hold a high standard for this role. We are seeking a seasoned House Manager who brings maturity, initiative, and a collaborative presence to our home. This is a trusted, long-term role for someone who takes pride in excellence, thrives in a high-functioning environment, and genuinely enjoys creating calm, beauty, and efficiency behind the scenes.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-starting individual with a great eye for aesthetics who can help organize and maintain our home while creating a warm, positive atmosphere. You will take ownership of household systems, tackle day-to-day tasks, and ensure everything is running smoothly. Whether it's meal prep, managing inventory, coordinating with decorators, or organizing our family's spaces, you'll help relieve the mental load that comes with balancing work, family, and life.
We need someone who will bring a warm, caring energy to our home, especially in connecting with our kids. You'll know how to engage with them in a fun and loving way, while still keeping them on track with their schedules. Strong communication is key—whether it's managing the home's needs or providing updates on tasks and priorities, or planning out the upcoming week, staying connected is key in our fast-paced lives. You should be someone who can anticipate needs, be resourceful when issues arise, and be comfortable making suggestions for improvement. We are also open to creative ideas for meal prep, focusing on healthy, balanced options that cater to our family's preferences. If you're someone who thrives on creating order and has a knack for organizing spaces, we'd love to hear from you!
We are seeking someone who truly loves working with families, kids, and pets, and who is tech-savvy, adaptable, and open to feedback. If you're ready to bring your organizational skills, positive energy, and creativity to help run our busy home, we'd love to hear from you!
