We are a warm, busy professional family seeking a highly organized, proactive Household Manager / Family Assistant to help manage the day-to-day logistics of our home and support our three school-age children.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, anticipating needs, and taking true ownership of household operations while building positive relationships with kids.
Schedule
- Starting May 11
- Monday–Friday: approximately 2:00 PM – 7:30/8:30 PM
- Flexible option to end earlier on Fridays
- Occasional availability to stay later on weeknights or babysit on weekends is appreciated
- Anticipated ~25–30 hours per week
Children
Three children ages almost 7, almost 9, and 12 who participate in sports, clubs, and enrichment activities.

Primary Responsibilities
Household Management & Family Operations
- Maintain and proactively manage children’s calendar and logistics
- Research and help coordinate camps, sports programs, and enrichment opportunities
- Assist with children’s birthday planning
- Run errands (groceries, Costco/Target, dry cleaning, returns, donations)
- Track and maintain pantry inventory and supplies
- Support home organization projects and help maintain orderly systems throughout the home
- Daily kitchen reset (dishes, wiping counters, sweeping as needed — deep cleaning handled by professional cleaners)
Laundry & Closet Organization
- Managefamily laundry
- Fold and put away clothing
- Maintain closets and drawers in an efficient, organized system
- Assist with seasonal clothing transitions and donation sorting
Childcare & After-School Support
- School pickups and driving to activities
- Help children stay on track with homework (particularly supporting youngest child)
- Prepare simple dinners and snacks for children; light family food prep (e.g., washing/cutting fruits & vegetables)
- Support evening routines including baths and transitions toward bedtime
- Encourage responsibility and help children maintain tidy spaces and routines
Driving
- Excellent driving record required
- Family car provided for work-related transportation

Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
