Housekeeper

Position Title: Personal Housekeeper & Household Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Germantown, MD (or your exact city)
Schedule: 2x per month (approx. 5-6 hours per visit)

✨ Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper & Household Assistant to support a busy professional with maintaining a clean, organized home and assisting with household errands.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and enjoys creating order and efficiency in a home environment.

Responsibilities Cleaning & Home Maintenance

• General home cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting
• Laundry (wash, fold, light organizing)
• Changing bed linens
• Tidying and organizing spaces (closets, pantry, etc.)

Errands & Grocery Shopping

• Grocery shopping based on provided list
• Picking up household items (cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc.)
• Occasional returns or light errands if needed

Meal Prep

• Preparing simple, healthy meals for the week
• Washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
• Storing meals properly in containers
• Cleaning kitchen after meal prep

Household Support

• Restocking pantry and essentials
• Keeping inventory of basic household items
• Light organization projects as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping, home management, or similar role
• Reliable transportation (for errands)
• Strong attention to detail
• Trustworthy and respectful of privacy
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Basic cooking/meal prep skills preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
