Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, utility rooms, storage room, linen room.
• Clean mattresses and beds, gather dirty laundry and place in the appropriate area.
• Report any needed repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
• Make suggestions for changes in procedure and/or equipment to maintain high standards and safe working conditions.
• Distribute linen and gowns among residents, maintain cleaning equipment, and monitor inventory of essential supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Cleaning skills, detail orientated, and time management.
• Long-term care or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.
