Housekeeper

The Courtyard Cleveland Airport South is looking for enthusiastic Housekeepers to provide excellent service to our guests.

• Follow Hotel Policies for maintaining work equipment
• Show up on time and when you are scheduled

The Courtyard Cleveland Airport South is looking for enthusiastic Housekeepers to provide excellent service to our guests. The successful candidate will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service to exceed our guest expectations. Performs a combination of cleaning duties to maintain impeccable cleanliness of guest rooms. Maintain well stocked supplies in guest rooms. Consistently creating a positive guest experience. New hires are eligible for bonus payment after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to clean guest rooms according to standards
• Record and report maintenance work order requests as identified in guest rooms.
• Keep carts, linen or other storage rooms and equipment neat and orderly according to standards.
• Turn in all articles found in vacant rooms immediately and handle according to Lost and Found procedures.
• Participate in deep cleaning projects.
• Exhibit friendly, positive behavior towards co-workers and guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
