As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality settings, ensuring every space is pristine and inviting. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using proper cleaning techniques and products.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a spotless appearance.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces and maintaining hygienic practices throughout the premises.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures such as ovens, refrigerators, sinks, and bathroom fixtures through regular cleaning routines.
• Manage custodial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure uninterrupted service.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and sanitation sprayers.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Experience with laundry operations and handling various fabrics with care.
