Job Overview

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or custodial practices is highly desirable.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely resolution.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.

Skills

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
