Position Summary

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while delivering exceptional hospitality standards. Team members play an important role in creating a positive guest experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public spaces
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas remain organized
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests and coworkers
• Follow hotel safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
