Our guests rely on our housekeeping team to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable space for them to relax. As a Housekeeper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:

• Clean Guest Rooms: Efficiently and thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restock Supplies: Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
• Public Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in hotel common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report Maintenance Issues: Alert the maintenance team about any issues in guest rooms or public areas that need attention.
• Follow Standards: Adhere to all hotel and safety standards in cleaning procedures, handling of chemicals, and guest interactions.
• Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests for additional supplies, towels, or services promptly and professionally.
• Teamwork: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain Clean Equipment: Properly care for and store cleaning equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all rooms and public areas.
• Physical Stamina: The role requires frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
• Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Team Player: Able to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Pay: $15.25 - $16.75 per hour
