Housekeeper

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by cleaning fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
• Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and safety
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold quality standards
• Adhere to health regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and hygienic environment at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials
• Experience with floor care methods including polishing, stripping, waxing, or buffing
• Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning equipment and supplies
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently
