• Weekly Pay - Our housekeepers get a paycheck every Friday! You don't have to wait two weeks or wait until the 1st or the 15th of every month to get paid. Our housekeepers are guaranteed an hourly wage but have the potential to make much more. You will be paid hourly while you train and transition to our PPH (paid per home) program. Most of our housekeepers make over $20 an hour in the PPH. If you clean quickly and efficiently, the sky is the limit. This is one of those rare careers where the more you work, the more you will be paid!
• Great Hours - Hours are 8:15 am to 5:00 pm. No nights or weekends!

• Paid Holidays - New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are all paid holidays! You don't work these days but will be paid for them.
• Bonus Pay & Tips - Make extra money with our bonus plan and most of our customers tip if you do a good job! Tips go directly to each housekeeper. We do not do a tip share. You earned the tip so you keep it!

Job Description: Your job role is pretty simple. We clean homes and if you work for us, that is exactly what you will be doing. We provide basic housekeeping duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping. Cleaning rooms such as bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms. Merry Maids supplies our housekeepers with all the equipment and materials needed to clean. All you need is a great work ethic and a customer service attitude and you will be successful here! Please note that you must meet the following requirements to be considered for the housekeeper position:

• You must have a valid driver's license (ID will not suffice)
• You must have your own reliable transportation. You are required to use your own personal vehicle to get to each customer's home but on top of your pay, we also reimburse you .30 to .40 cents per mile (mileage reimbursement is adjusted based on the price of gasoline every week) so if gas goes up, so does the amount that we reimburse you. Also note that you are not required to drive every day. We generally work in teams of two so you and your teammate will alternate driving.
• You must pass a background check and drug screen
• Full-Time Position - This is a full-time position. You report to work each morning at 8:15 am but the best part is you don't always have to work until 5:00 pm. Some days are heavier or lighter work days depending on the schedule. In some cases, you may only have 1 or 2 homes to clean and you could be off by 1 or 2:00 o'clock. But please understand that in some cases you may have a full day and might be asked to work pass 5:00. In most cases, everyone is done before 5:00 pm. Very seldom will you even work 40 hours in a week but will receive full time pay!
