Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the team at Spark by Hilton Rock Hill. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and guest-ready rooms and public areas while delivering excellent hospitality standards. This role plays an important part in creating a positive guest experience through cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standards
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities
  • Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms
  • Clean hallways, elevators, lobby areas, and other public spaces as assigned
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
  • Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets
  • Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures
  • Respond courteously to guest requests and questions
  • Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and deadlines
  • Assist with laundry duties when needed

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 25–30 pounds
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
