Housekeeper, Cook, and Childcare Provider

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Personal Housekeeper, Childcare Provider, and Household Assistant to support a busy household. This role involves managing daily cleaning routines, providing attentive childcare, and assisting with household tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, childcare experience, and excellent customer service abilities to meet the needs of the family and maintain a high standard of household management.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including residential cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial tasks to maintain a spotless living environment
• Prepare and cook nutritious meals tailored to family preferences and dietary requirements
• Manage laundry services including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Provide attentive childcare support, including supervising children’s activities, assisting with homework, and ensuring their safety and well-being
• Handle household organization tasks such as tidying up common areas, managing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy living space
• Assist with custodial responsibilities related to household management or hotel-style housekeeping if needed
• Offer excellent customer service by addressing household needs promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Skills in cooking and meal preparation for family members
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage laundry and household chores efficiently
• Childcare experience with a caring attitude towards children’s safety and development
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with family members
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and childcare
• Prior experience in hospitality or custodial roles is advantageous
• Flexibility to adapt to household routines and specific family needs
