What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, vacant apartments, and shared amenities
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, walls, appliances, and more
• Report maintenance and repair needs to the Service Manager
• Keep storage areas tidy and supplies stocked
• Assist in preparing apartments for move-in
• Support other maintenance staff with seasonal or special projects
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior cleaning or maintenance experience required
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
