Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
• Manage laundry operations by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with precision
• Handle dry cleaning tasks for delicate or special items, ensuring proper care and handling according to fabric requirements
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry facilities and storage areas, adhering to safety protocols and hygiene standards
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required by management
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality service

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or related hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong knowledge of laundry processes, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy linens or supplies, and perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively
