About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/ Laundress to join our team. In this role, you’ll help keep resident suites and common areas sparkling clean, fresh-smelling, and beautifully maintained. Your work plays a direct role in helping residents feel at home and ensuring Brewster Parke continues to be a place families trust and love.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident suites, bathrooms, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces to maintain a neat and welcoming environment
• Remove stains, cobwebs, and fingerprints from all surfaces
• Wash windows and clean furniture, baseboards, and light fixtures
• Check and replace lightbulbs as needed
• Maintain facility cleanliness standards and assist with deep cleaning projects
• Support resident requests with a positive and respectful attitude
• Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least an 8th-grade education (high school diploma or equivalent preferred)
• Prior housekeeping, hospitality, or senior living experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to work independently

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and perform repetitive tasks safely
