Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
• Manage laundry operations efficiently by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and guest clothing with care and precision
• Conduct routine floor care tasks including buffing, polishing, and deep cleaning carpets to ensure pristine flooring throughout the facility
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed to maintain operational readiness
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry materials to optimize resource use

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines effectively
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with safety guidelines related to industrial cleaning products and equipment usage
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
