Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure optimal sanitation.
• Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage residential or commercial cleaning tasks with precision, following established protocols for safety and quality.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial work, custodial services, or housekeeping roles; hotel experience is a plus.
• Skills in cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of laundry processes and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning supplies and safety protocols.
