Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will take pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every guest, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to established standards.
• Ensure all linen, amenities, and supplies are replenished and neatly arranged.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or deficiencies promptly.
• Handle guest requests efficiently and with courtesy, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctioning tools or machinery.
• Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Support colleagues and supervisors during busy operations or special projects.
• Adhere to all company hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong service ethic.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
