As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are responsible for carrying out daily cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned by your Supervisor, ensuring all duties are completed in accordance with hotel policies and quality standards.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Receiving daily work assignments, keys, and supplies from the Supervisor, and accurately signing the key logbook
- Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms to a high standard, including:
- Making beds and changing linens
- Cleaning sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors
- Vacuuming carpets and dusting and wiping all surfaces
- Replenishing guest room and bathroom supplies
- Ensuring corridors and service areas are clean and tidy at all times
- Keeping fire exits and stairways free from obstruction at all times
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly
