Housekeeping Attendant - Part Time & Full Time

Job Summary:
Holiday Inn Express & Suites is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our hospitality team. Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand and company standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels and amenities
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and work areas
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and linens
• Remove trash and used items from guest rooms and hallways
• Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and work areas
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist with cleaning public areas when needed
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards

Key Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and managers
• Always treat co-workers, guests, and company property with the utmost respect
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
