Housekeeping Attendant (Public Area)

Public Area Attendant will focus on the daily maintenance of six fountains and one swimming pool at our facility. duties go beyond general housekeeping and require specialized attention to water features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and vacuum swimming pools, fountains, and water features daily.
• Remove debris, leaves, and waste from water surfaces and filters.
• Brush pool walls, tiles, and waterline areas to prevent algae buildup.
• Check and clean strainers, skimmers, and pump baskets regularly.
• Monitor and report water levels, leaks, and unusual conditions.
• Maintain chlorine, pH, and chemical balance when required.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate protective gear.
• Report maintenance or repair needs immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness around pool decks and fountain areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of pool cleaning methods and equipment (optional)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Good observation and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work environment.
• May require early morning shift
• Exposure to sun, pool chemicals, and water for extended periods.
