Job Responsibilities of Housekeeping Helper

The Housekeeping Helper will be responsible for the following:

1. Executing the cleaning and sanitation tasks as per the instructions from Senior Management, the Food Safety Team and the Housekeeping In-charge to maintain hygienic conditions throughout the facility.

2. Having awareness about the names of cleaning chemicals and their correct dilution ratios for effective washing and sanitizing of production machinery.

3. Ensuring consistent cleanliness and hygience in both production and surrounding areas, strictly following the Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs).

4. Understands well and apply the prescribed frequency for washing and sanitizing machinery components, food contact surfaces and production zones as outlined in the SSOPs.

5. Maintaining the job safety and food safety standards when handling chemicals and lubricants during cleaning operations.

6. Learning & implementing the standard operating procedures related to cleaning and sanitation activities.

7. Able to report promptly regarding any non-conformities OR irregularities to the Cleaning In-charge OR escalate directly to Management as necessary.
