Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of all assigned areas (offices, apartments, common areas, hallways, etc.).
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, pantries, and workspaces.
- Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and arrange rooms to be guest-ready.
- Replenish supplies and amenities (toiletries, water, welcome kits, pantry items, etc.).
- Handle laundry, ironing, and fabric care as required.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of garbage safely.
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments and offices when required (after guest check-out or scheduled maintenance).
- Ensure furniture, appliances, and equipment are clean, functioning, and report any damages/repairs needed.
- Maintain proper storage and care of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Support with special tasks such as window cleaning, carpet shampooing, and event/office setup when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality (holiday homes/hotel/office background preferred).
- Ability to manage both routine and detailed housekeeping tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
