Housekeeping Inspector

• 
  Responsibilities:
• Assists in the training and development and performance of all Housekeeping staff
• Assists in the maintenance of cost control system for staffing linen inventories and cleaning supplies.
• Inspects guest rooms by visually viewing room and documenting discrepancies on a daily / weekly basis to ensure standards are me
• Assists, on an as needed basis, other departments by scheduling work projects and accomplishes cleaning of property
• Inspects guest rooms by visually viewing room and documenting discrepancies on a daily / weekly basis to ensure standards are met.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to carry, lift or pull up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Ability to work with little or no supervision meeting brand standards
• Attention to detail, ability to understand and follow directions
• Previous Executive Housekeeper experience preferred but not required
• Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility
