Housekeeping / Laundry

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel's rooms and laundry facilities. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. **Responsibilities:** - Clean and maintain the hotel's guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces - Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels - Operate laundry equipment, including washing machines and dryers - Clean and maintain common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms - Ensure that all areas are clean and tidy, and that all equipment is in good working order - Follow hotel cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the hotel management team - Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to any guest requests or complaints **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in housekeeping or laundry - Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and protocols - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and processes - Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends **Skills:** - Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment - Knowledge of laundry and dry cleaning procedures - Ability to clean and maintain hotel rooms and facilities - Strong organizational and attention to detail skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and processes

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
