Housekeeping Manager

Job Description:

1. Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff and ensuring optimal team performance.

2. Conduct training sessions to educate staff on up-to-date cleaning protocols and safety procedures.

3. Manage daily housekeeping operations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

4. Develop, implement and oversee cleaning schedules and procedures.

5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies.

6. Perform regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

7. Enforce sanitation protocols and cleanliness compliance.

8. Any other related task assigned by seniors.

Job Specification:

1. At least Graduate.

2. Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar role.

3. In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation protocols and materials.

4. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
