Position Summary:
The Housekeeping Manager will supervise daily operations of the housekeeping department and manage breakfast service. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff.
• Oversee breakfast operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Develop and implement schedules, procedures, and checklists for housekeeping and breakfast teams.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms, public areas, and breakfast service meet quality standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and breakfast items; coordinate orders as needed.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Experience overseeing food service or breakfast operations a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and food safety practices.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
