The Housekeeper/Room Attendant plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests by ensuring assigned guest rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for delivering excellent service and exceeding guest expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• A strong team player with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Physically capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weights
• Comfortable with extended periods of walking and standing
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
