As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your responsibilities include overseeing the housekeeping team, implementing cleaning schedules, and maintaining high standards. Key Job Responsibilities:

Organize and assign daily tasks to Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring efficient service on guest floors.

Provide necessary resources, such as keys and supplies, to Housekeeping Attendants for their daily tasks.

Handle guest requests and complaints with care, ensuring effective resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.

Inspect guest rooms regularly, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to the hotel's quality assurance standards.

Monitor room status and communicate effectively with the Front Office Department for efficient operations.

Report damaged items and broken equipment to the Engineering Department and follow set procedures for lost and found items.

Order Housekeeping supplies on time and manage inventory procedures to maintain sufficient stock levels.

Evaluate Housekeeping Attendant performance, providing feedback and reporting any issues to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

Train Room Attendants on Standards of Performance (SOPs) to maintain desired performance levels and uphold quality assurance standards.
