Laundry Supervisor

Job Description

1. Preparing Daily/Monthly sales report.

2. Communicate with finance department by a daily revenue(cash/Card)

3. Monitor mobile app record

4. Supervise all Pressmen, operators, Dry Cleaners & shoe Repair operator

5. Ensuring that all laundry operations are in line with quality and time frame.

6. Prepare monthly staff duty roster.

7. Supervise the pick-up & delivery Process

8. Monitor the mobile application orders.

9. Supervises / delegates duties to all staff within the job scope and monitor the daily staff productivity.

10. Monitor the operational supplies not to go below limit.

11. Held regular training session with all operator staff, updating them with new process.

12. Ensures accurate records of all staff areas are maintained i.e. sick leave, annual vacation, monthly attendance, over time sheet, and days owed.

13. Report any loss/damage during washing/dry-clean …etc.

14. Ensuring Health & Safety measurement inside the plant

15. Report any faulty in laundry equipment

16. Assist reception area when needed.

17. Co-ordinate with Driver supervisor all pick-up and delivery orders from WhatsApp, Phone Calls and/or Mobile app.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
