Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor with a strong background in managing housekeeping operations in commercial or residential facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Qatar in a similar role and must possess effective communication skills in English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff performance
• Assign tasks and monitor cleaning schedules across designated areas
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing coaching
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
• Coordinate with facility management for maintenance issues
• Handle guest or client complaints professionally and efficiently
• Prepare daily reports and update management on operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in Qatar
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Must be able to speak and understand English clearly
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures
• Ability to work extended hours and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
