Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and organization of our farmhouse located in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
• Assign duties and inspect work to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
