Requirement: Must have prior experience working in an IT company environment
Location: Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in an IT or corporate environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred).
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Operate and ensure proper use of Taski R Series chemicals and cleaning machines.
• Manage carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, and equipment upkeep.
• Assign and monitor duties of housekeeping staff and conduct quality inspections.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff for effective performance.
• Handle complaints or service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of dusting, sanitizing, and facility maintenance procedures.
• Manage manpower requirements and coordinate external hiring when needed.
• Track housekeeping inventory and ensure proper stock control.
