We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping operations across holiday home properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations for hotel rooms and holiday homes
• Assign duties and schedules to housekeeping staff
• Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
• Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering teams
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly
• Ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in hotels or holiday homes
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and high quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple properties if required
• Knowledge of health & safety and hygiene regulations
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
