Job Summary:

Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign duties to housekeeping staff and inspect completed work to ensure it meets prescribed standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Investigate guest complaints related to housekeeping services or equipment and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Obtain and manage daily lists of rooms, halls, and public areas requiring immediate cleaning, as well as prospective check-outs or discharges, to prepare efficient work assignments.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
• Conduct orientation and in-service training for staff to explain policies, procedures, and proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage and storage of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
