Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to verify cleanliness and maintenance quality.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment handling.
• Support team members with complex cleaning tasks such as floor care, industrial cleaning, or specialized custodial duties when necessary.
• Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff, providing feedback, and recognizing outstanding performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a hospitality or hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods.
• Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
