- Mandatory Previous hotel Housekeeper supervisor experience.
- Weekend availability is mandatory for this position.

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure all assigned areas meet brand cleanliness standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to verify quality, cleanliness, and maintenance conditions.
- Assign daily tasks, room boards, and special projects to Room Attendants and Houseman.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, chemical handling, and brand standards.
- Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, chemicals, and equipment; report shortages and place requests as needed.
- Coordinate with Front Desk regarding room status, rush requests, early check‑ins, and special guest needs.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring service recovery when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
- Report maintenance issues (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, furniture, etc.) and follow up until resolved.
- Support scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for housekeeping staff.
- Lead deep‑cleaning projects, seasonal tasks, and preventive maintenance routines.
- Maintain accurate documentation: inspection logs, lost & found, incident reports, and inventory records.

- Exterior entryways and walkways (cleanliness oversight)
