A luxury Resort/Hotel in Al Ain is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and capable of managing housekeeping staff while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role requires maintaining strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across guest rooms and public areas, while ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff during shifts
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are strictly followed
• Monitor housekeeping service quality and guest satisfaction
• Handle staff scheduling, task assignments, and team coordination
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
• Assist management in maintaining operational efficiency

Requirements

• Strong experience (1–3 years) as a Housekeeping Supervisor in hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
